Tourism Bohinj - the Institute for tourism development is the organizer of the festival. It is responsible for developing the festival concept, integrating it into Bohinj’s destination offering, coordinating with local communities, institutions, and partners, as well as for comprehensive promotion and the long-term development of the event in line with Bohinj’s vision of sustainable tourism.

 

Main operational and technical partner

JATrail d.o.o. acts as the main operational and technical partner of the festival and on behalf of the organizer, ensures the professional and high-quality implementation of individual program elements, technical support for the event and coordination of on-site operational activities. The team has many years of experience in organising high-profile sporting events, including Julian Alps Trail Run by UTMB, Ultra Trail Run Vipava Valley, and Soča Outdoor Festival, with a clear focus on safety, logistics, and high-quality execution. Guided ski touring trips and workshops are delivered under the guidance of OutVentureX guides certified by IFMGA.
